I’m Tara K. Shepersky. I’m a poet, writer, librarian, creative practice mentor, amateur naturalist, and local conservation enthusiast.
My two artbooks of poems are gorgeously illustrated by Lucy Bellwood and lovingly published by Bored Wolves Press. You can find them in independent bookshops around the world, and perhaps at your local library.

I compose in collaboration with my home landscapes, which include the north-central Pacific coast of Oregon, and several of California’s gorgeous and distinctive coasts. I consider this part of my advocacy for these beloved places that both shelter and challenge me.
